Our customer care team has grown rapidly over the last few years in order for us to ensure all your needs are met as quickly as possible. We now have an extensive team who work incredibly hard on the phones, across social media, email and live chat to support all of our account holders.
Many of our customer care team are multilingual, meaning they can speak more than one language, which gives them the ability to speak to you in your native language – especially if you’re not overly confident speaking English.
Currently, the languages we speak include English (spoken by everyone in our customer care team), Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, Russian and Spanish – plus, we’re looking to further expand our range of languages in the near future.

Mistakes, Errors & Striving for Solutions
Of course, mistakes can happen so if you feel like you’ve had a less than positive experience with our products or services, or you feel like we’ve made a mistake somewhere down the line then it’s in all of our best interests to get the problem solved so you can continue banking with ease. The last thing we want is for you to walk away feeling dissatisfied with our service or the accounts we offer.
Our customer care team are trained to deal with any issues you may experience and will do the very best they can to help you. Sometimes, some issues may be out of our control and may take a little while to resolve. So please be patient, we promise we’re working on it as quickly as we can.
We completely understand that this can be frustrating, however, in order to get your issue dealt with as quickly as possible we politely ask for patience and understanding. The use of explicit and offensive language will not be tolerated, by any of our customer care team and they will terminate the phone call or live chat session – with or without a resolution to your issue.
