Febuary Competition Terms and Conditions

Win your February Heating Bill Paid!

  1. The draw is open only to Suits Me® account holders.
  2. To be automatically entered into the draw, you must: (a) set up a new standing order with Suits Me®; and,- (b) Use ATM to withdraw cash at least twice between 16th February 2023 and 16th March 2023 (up to 11.59pm), inclusive.
  3. Entries are limited to one per qualifying customer.
  4. If you do not wish to be entered into the draw, please email: competition@suitsmecard.com.
  5. There is one cash prize of up to £500, to be paid off your heating bill.
  6. Customers who qualify will be entered into the draw, which shall take place on Monday, 20th March 2023 at Suits Me®’s head office.
  7. The winning customers shall be randomly selected and will be notified by email and telephone on 21st March 2023. If we are unable to contact a winner within 72 hours, a further winner will be selected.
  8. The winner will have to send proof of the price of their February heating bill and will be required to take part in social media promotional activity, including the taking of a photo holding their Suits Me® card.
  9. Suits Me®’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Suits Me® reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, at any time, without notice.
  11. Suits Me® is not responsible for any failure by customers to comply with these terms and conditions due to problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof.
  12. If any provision of these terms and conditions (or portion thereof) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of these terms and conditions will not be affected or impaired.
  13. The draw will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  14. The promoter of the draw is Suits Me® Limited.
