Suits Me operates within both B2B and B2C sectors in the UK and currently working towards European expansion. We offer an alternative to traditional banking accounts with a contactless Mastercard debit card, a full range of banking features and cashback rewards for consumers and for our business partners, a safe and secure portal in order to create new accounts for their unbanked workers quickly and easily.

About You:

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced SEO/Content Executive to join the customer acquisition team, reporting directing to the Customer Acquisitions Director.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about all things SEO. You will thrive off working within a fast-paced environment, comfortable working both as a team and able to take initiative. Within this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the SEO strategy,
  • Implementing on-page, off-page and technical SEO methods.
  • Identifying and recommending new opportunities to aid in driving the continued growth in organic traffic, improved rankings, customer acquisition and supporting brand awareness.
  • Writing both short-form and long-form content

Examples of the type of objectives that will be associated with this role will include:

  • Increasing the organic traffic
  • Building the backlink profile
  • Keyword rank improvements 
  • Customer acquisition.

What you’ll do:

  • Ongoing review of SEO performance
  • Responsible for ongoing, detailed competitor SEO research and analysis
  • Assist with the development of and execute the SEO strategy (All White Hat)
  • Provide and identify recommendations and opportunities for improvement
  • Responsible for both on-page and off-page SEO
  • Responsible for technical SEO monitoring and recommendations
  • Create high quality, effective and optimised content for the website and manage the continual refinement
  • Schedule and publish blog content through the company social media pages
  • Guest Blogging Outreach and content creation
  • Error handling and site maintenance with weekly site audits to identify and problem-solve SEO issues
  • Build and monitor the backlink profile and link building strategy including implementing outreach
  • Perform analysis of highly competitive SERP landscapes and utilise this data to further optimise the website
  • Use data and industry tools to find new opportunities
  • Providing detailed strategy reporting
  • Work alongside team members in supporting the full marketing plan
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the world of SEO

What you’ll have:

  • 2+ years SEO experience
  • In-depth knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • A deep understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page & technical) and how to implement
  • Proven experience and track record of delivery to targets and exceeding business goals
  • Clear understanding of search engines and their algorithms
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent understanding and confident in using Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of various industry tools such as Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, SocialPilot, Screaming Frog and Xenu
  • Familiar with social media channels; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Expertise in conducting audits
  • Experience working with a variety of CMS’ including WordPress and Statamic
  • Excellent English language, impeccable grammar, and strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of basic HTML
