12 Days of Christmas Competition T’s & C’s.

    1. The draws are open only to Suits Me customers.
    2. There will be daily draws and a grand draw at the end of the 12 days’ period.
    3. To be automatically entered into the grand draw you must, between 1st December 2024 (after 00:01am) and 12th December 2024 (before 11:59pm), transact on your Suits Me account. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “transact” means cash loading at PayPoint; redemption (online or in-store purchase); faster payment (in or out); BACS transfer; CHAPS transfer; Direct Debit collection; ATM withdrawal; Standing Order payment. The number of times that you transact during that period shall determine the number of entries that you will have in the grand draw.
    4. Daily draws shall take place each day until the 13th December 2024 (subject to clause 9). The first daily draw will be on 2nd December 2024. To be automatically entered into a daily draw you must, on the day prior to a daily draw (after 00:01am and before 11:59pm) transact on your Suits Me account. For the daily draws, “transact” has the same meaning as that given above for the grand draw. There shall be a limit of one entry per customer per daily draw, irrespective of the number of times that the customer transacts or the amount of funds that the customer loads onto their Suits Me card.

    6. For the grand draw, there is one prize of £2000.
    7. There is one prize for each daily draw of £100 cash or a gift up to the value of £100. Where the prize is a gift, no cash alternative is available.
    8. The grand draw shall take place on Friday, 13th December 2024 at Suits Me’s head office.
    9. Daily draws shall take place each day from 2nd December until 13th December 2024. Daily draws shall also take place at Suits Me’s head office. When a daily draw day falls on a weekend, that draw shall take place no later than on the next working day.
    10. Winning customers shall be randomly selected. Receipt of prizes is subject always to winners continuing compliance with the terms and conditions of their Suits Me account. 
    11. The grand draw and daily draws are not open to employees of Suits Me Limited.
    12. Suits Me will endeavour to contact the winning customer in the grand draw by email and telephone on Monday, 16th December 2024. 
    13. Suits Me will endeavour to contact the daily winners, by email and telephone, on the day following a daily draw. When that day falls on a weekend (including bank holidays), contact will be attempted no later than on the next working day.
    14. Winners will be asked to take part in social media promotional activity, including the taking of a photo holding their Suits Me card. Winners will only take part in such activity where they have given their consent. 
    15. Suits Me’s decision on all draws is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    16. Suits Me reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, at any time, without notice.
    17. Suits Me is not responsible for any failure by customers to comply with these terms and conditions due to problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof.
    18.  If any provision of these terms and conditions (or portion thereof) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of these terms and conditions will not be affected or impaired.
    19. The draws will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
    20. The promoter of the draw is Suits Me Limited.
