May Competition 2026 – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to Suits Me customers only.
1.2 By participating, entrants confirm they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Competition Period
2.1 The competition runs from 7th May 2026 (after 00:01am) to 5th June 2026 (before 11:59pm) (“the Competition Period”).
3. How to Enter & Entries
3.1 Entry into the competition is automatic. Customers will receive entries into the prize draw based on the following actions completed during the Competition Period:

| Use your Suits Me card to make a purchase during the competition dates | 1 entry per purchase |
3.2 Each qualifying purchase will earn one entry into the prize draw. There is no limit to the number of entries a customer can earn during the Competition Period.
3.3 The more purchases a customer makes, the greater their chance of winning. There is no minimum spend.

4. Prizes
4.1 The prize available is as follows:

4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and will be deposited into a Suits Me account.
4.3 Receipt of the prize is subject at all times to the winner’s continued compliance with the terms and conditions of their Suits Me account.
5. The Draw
5.1 The winner will be randomly selected.
5.2 The draw will take place on Monday 8th June 2026 at Suits Me’s head office.
5.3 Suits Me will endeavour to contact the winner by email and telephone on the day following the draw (Tuesday 9th June 2026).
6. Winners & Publicity
6.1 The winner may be asked to take part in social media promotional activity, including providing a photo or testimonial video. Participation in any such activity is entirely voluntary and will only take place with the winner’s explicit consent.
7. General
7.1 Suits Me’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 Suits Me reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
7.3 Suits Me is not responsible for any failure by customers to comply with these terms and conditions due to technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, software, or internet congestion, or any combination thereof.
7.4 If any provision of these terms and conditions (or part thereof) is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
7.5 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
