Voorwaarden en Condities

  1. The offer is open only to existing Suits Me customers who received an email inviting them to participate in the offer.
  2. To qualify for the offer, you must successfully load a minimum of £20 onto your Suits Me account and make your a qualifying purchase of £5 or more using your Suits Me Mastercard® debit card, either in store or online, by 25th August 2026 at 11:59pm.
  3. Both the minimum £20 load and the first qualifying purchase of £5 or more must be completed during the promotional period to qualify for the reward.
  4. Customers who meet the qualifying criteria will receive £5 credited directly to their Suits Me account on the Friday following the week in which they completed both the qualifying £20 load and their first qualifying purchase. Customers who qualify during the final week of the promotion will receive their £5 on the Friday following the end of the promotion. 
  5. The offer is limited to one £5 reward per eligible customer.
  6. Cash withdrawals, bank transfers, account fees, gambling transactions and any reversed, refunded or cancelled card transactions do not qualify as eligible purchases.
  7. Suits Me reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the £5 reward.
  8. Suits Me reserves the right to amend, withdraw or suspend this offer at any time without prior notice where necessary, including where misuse or abuse of the promotion is suspected.
  9. Suits Me is not responsible for any failure by customers to qualify for this offer due to problems or technical malfunction of any payment network, telephone lines, computer systems, servers, internet providers, software, card processing systems or any combination thereof.
  10. If any provision of these terms and conditions (or a portion thereof) is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
  11. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
