June Competition 2026 – Terms and Conditions

1. Warunki uczestnictwa
1.1 Konkurs jest otwarty wyłącznie dla klientów Suits Me.
1.2 Biorąc udział w konkursie, uczestnicy potwierdzają, że zapoznali się z niniejszym regulaminem i wyrażają na niego zgodę.

2. Competition Period
2.1 The competition runs from 8th June 2026 (after 00:01am) to 2nd July 2026 (before 11:59pm) (“the Competition Period”).

3. How to Enter & Entries
3.1 Entry into the competition is automatic. Customers will receive entries into the prize draw for each qualifying purchase completed during the Competition Period.

Use your Suits Me card to make a qualifying purchase of £5 or more during the Competition Period	1 entry per qualifying purchase

3.2 For the purposes of this competition, a qualifying purchase means:
– a successful card payment transaction made using a Suits Me card;
– with a transaction value of £5 or more; and
– which is not subsequently reversed, refunded, charged back, cancelled, or declined.
3.3 Cash withdrawals, bank transfers, balance enquiries and any fees or charges applied to the account do not qualify as qualifying purchases.
3.4 Each qualifying purchase of £5 or more will earn one entry into the relevant weekly Payback Friday draw. There is no limit to the number of entries a customer can earn during the Competition Period.
3.5 The more purchases a customer makes, the greater their chance of winning.

4. Nagrody
4.1 Do wygrania są następujące nagrody:

Refund of one randomly selected qualifying purchase	Up to £60	1 winner each Friday during the competition period (4 total)

4.2 Each winner will receive a refund equal to the value of one qualifying purchase made by that winner during the applicable weekly draw period, up to a maximum value of £60.
4.3 The qualifying purchase to be refunded will be selected at random by Suits Me from the winner’s eligible qualifying purchases for that weekly draw period.
4.4 Where the randomly selected qualifying purchase exceeds £60, the refund will be capped at £60.
4.5 The prize is non-transferable and will be deposited into a Suits Me account.
4.6 Receipt of the prize is subject at all times to the winner’s continued compliance with the terms and conditions of their Suits Me account.

5. The Draw
5.1 The winner will be randomly selected. 
5.2 The weekly draws will take place on the 12th, 19th, 26th June and 3rd July, i.e. every Friday during the competition period at Suits Me’s head office.
5.3 Suits Me will endeavour to contact weekly winners by email and telephone on 15th, 22nd , 29th June, and 6th July e.g. the Monday following each draw

6. Zwycięzcy i promocja
6.1 Zwycięzca może zostać poproszony o udział w działaniach promocyjnych w mediach społecznościowych, w tym o udostępnienie zdjęcia lub nagrania z opinią. Udział w takich działaniach ma charakter całkowicie dobrowolny i będzie możliwy wyłącznie za wyraźną zgodą zwycięzcy.

7. General
7.1 Suits Me’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 Suits Me reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
7.3 Suits Me is not responsible for any failure by customers to comply with these terms and conditions due to technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, software, or internet congestion, or any combination thereof.
7.4 If any provision of these terms and conditions (or part thereof) is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected. 
7.5 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
