Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per annum + 30 days holiday + benefits
Location: Manchester (hybrid)
The Role
We are looking for a diligent IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. You will be the first port of call for IT service requests and be integral to our change management process. Common tasks involve new employee setup, hardware asset management and IT business process support.
You will also be exposed to our Application Support function, where you will field requests relating to our product platform.

What you’ll bring to Suits Me
- Experience working with IT Service Management processes
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Provide Level 1 service desk support and assistance to end users in accordance with internal
processes - Ensure that all end user raised incidents and requests are logged in our Service Desk tool and
accurate log entries of all contact through to resolution are made, with full details
documented - Maintain confidentiality regarding any information processed, stored or accessed, in line
with security policies
