Suits Me x Bolton Wanderers Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Internet access and a valid email address are required.
Employees of Suits Me Limited, behalf of Bolton Wanderers FVWL Football Limited, their families, agents, or any third parties directly associated with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
Entries made via third parties, automated systems, or agents will not be accepted.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete their application for the Bolton Wanderers x Suits Me debit card online at https://suitsmecard.com/boltonwanderers Before 23:59 on Thursday 18^th December 2025.
The form must be completed in full, including first name, last name, valid phone number, and email address.
Each person may only enter once. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.
By completing the form during the promotion period, entrants will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

Prize

There will be one winner in total.
The winner will receive a 2 x tickets in the Lion of Vienna Suite at Toughsheet Community Stadium for Bolton Wanderers vs Northampton Town FC Home Fixture on 4^th Jan 2026, to be used by the winner and one additional guest.
The chosen fixture is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance with Bolton Wanderers Football Club.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any additional expenses incurred by the winner or guests.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
If the winner cannot attend on the agreed date, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be drawn.
All attendees are subject to the standard terms and conditions of entry for the Lion of Vienna Suite.

Winner Selection and Notification

The prize draw will take place on Friday 19th December 2025 at Suits Me’s head office.
One winners will be selected at random using a verifiable computerised process.
Suits Me will endeavour to contact both winners by email and telephone by Friday 19th December 2025.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of first contact. If a winner does not respond, Suits Me reserves the right to select another winner.

Publicity and Data

Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity, including photography, video or social media activity, in connection with the promotion. Participation will only take place with the winner’s prior consent.
Any promotional activity may include the winners being photographed holding their Bolton Wanderers x Suits Me card once the card becomes available.
Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with Suits Me’s privacy policy (available at www.suitsmecard.com/privacy-policy).

General

If you do not wish to be entered into the draw but still wish to register your interest in the Bolton Wanderers x Suits Me card, please email: competitions@suitsmecard.com.
Suits Me reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Suits Me accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed, or otherwise not successfully received due to technical fault, computer malfunction, or any reason beyond its control.
Suits Me’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If any provision of these terms and conditions (or portion thereof) is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remainder shall not be affected.
The draw will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
