We sent you an email when you first opened your account. This email contained your Username and Temporary Password.
Start by searching your Inbox for ‘Online Banking Set up’ If you still can’t find it, click on this link to request a new username and password. To pass security, you will need to send the following information in your email:

• 8 digit account number (if you have it)
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Full postal address
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
