You have the account, you have the card, all that’s left is to activate your card and start enjoying all our amazing features and benefits.

Simply download the Suits Me App and input your details.
• Enter your username (email address)
• Follow the steps to verify your email address and mobile number
• Create a 5-digit password (plus optional face recognition)
• Enter the 4-digit card activation code in the letter sent with your card and confirm your date of birth
• Click on the SMS link to activate your account

Mobile App Step by Step Guide

Step 1

Download and open the Suits Me app and click ‘Login’.

Step 2

Enter your username (email address) and click ‘Confirm’.

Please be aware that your email address is case sensitive. Also, if this is copied, a space may be generated after the details. 

Step 3

Open your email and look for ‘Sign in to your Suits Me account’.

Follow the steps to verify your email address and mobile number.

Step 4

You will then be sent a One Time Password to your mobile number.

Enter this into the app and click ‘Confirm’.

Step 5

Create a 5-digit password to enable quick access to the app.

Click ‘Confirm’.

Step 6

Follow the instructions to set up biometrics (face recognition and/or fingerprint).

Step 7

The app will now request your Card Activation Code which can be found on the letter that you received with your Suits Me debit card.

Enter your 4-digit activation code and your date of birth.

Click ‘Confirm’.

Step 8

You will receive an email with a link to activate your account.

Step 9

Congratulations, your account is now set up on the Suits Me app, just one last click to activate your card.

Simply click the ‘Activate Card’ button and ‘Submit’.

You’re now ready to start managing your money in our Suits Me app.

Not an app user?

If you don’t wish to use the Suits Me app, you can activate your card by telephone or online

Call our multilingual customer care line on 03330 151 858

  • Select your language
  • Select option 1 to activate your card
  • Select option for your sort code (1 or 2)
  • Enter your 8 digit account number
  • Enter CVV code from your card (this is the last 3 digits)
  • Enter your date of birth

Activate your account online

Activate and manage your account online at: banking.suitsmecard.com

  • Enter your username (email address)
    Please note that this is case sensitive
  • Follow the steps to verify your email address and mobile number
  • Enter the 4-digit activation code in the letter sent with your card and confirm your date of birth
  • Enter the One Time Password (OTP) received via email
  • On the Card Activation page, simply click the ‘Activate Card’ button and ‘Submit’

Lost your activation code?

The activation code is on the letter accompanying your debit card.
If you don’t have this letter click on this link to request a new activation code. To pass security, you will need to send the following information in your email:

• 8 digit account number (if you have it)
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Full postal address
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
