Credit Union Member Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
By choosing to enter the prize draw, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
The prize draw is promoted by Suits Me Limited (“Suits Me”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. Eligibility
– The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
– You must be a member of a credit union, a Suits Me account holder and complete the survey in full to be eligible to enter.
– Employees of Suits Me Limited, its associated companies, and anyone directly involved in organising or administering the survey or prize draw are not eligible to enter.
– Only one entry per person is permitted.
– Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. How to Enter
– To enter the prize draw, you must complete the survey in full and select the option to enter the prize draw when prompted.
– You will be asked to provide your contact details so that we can contact you if you are selected as a winner.
– Entry into the prize draw is optional. You can complete the survey without entering the prize draw.
– Entries must be submitted before the closing date and time stated in Section 4.
– Incomplete survey responses will not be eligible for the prize draw.
– We reserve the right to reject entries that we reasonably believe are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, automated or otherwise invalid.
4. Closing Date
– The survey and prize draw will close at 12:00 (midday) on 14/09/2026.
– Any entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
5. The Prize
– There are 10 prizes of £100 available to be won.
– Each of the 10 winners will receive £100.
– The total prize fund is £1,000.
– The prizes will be paid by bank transfer into the winners’ Suits Me accounts.
– The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize.
6. Winner Selection
– Ten winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
– The winners will be selected after the survey closes using a random selection process.
– Each eligible entrant will have an equal chance of being selected.
– The selection process will be conducted by Suits Me.
– Suits Me’s decision regarding the selection of winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.
7. Contacting the Winners
– Each winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering the prize draw.
– Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the prize draw taking place.
– Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
– If a winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, Suits Me reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
– Winners may be required to provide reasonable information to confirm their identity, eligibility and/or arrange payment of the prize.
– Suits Me will not be responsible for a winner failing to receive or respond to notification because the contact details provided were incorrect or because the notification was not received.
8. Survey Responses and Use of Information
– The purpose of the survey is to understand what credit union members value and what products, services and features they would like their credit union to offer in the future.
– Survey responses will be analysed and reported in aggregate.
– Individual survey responses will not be publicly attributed to individual respondents unless you have separately given your explicit consent for this.
– Providing your contact details for the prize draw is separate from providing your survey responses and is only required if you wish to enter the prize draw.
9. Personal Data
– If you choose to enter the prize draw, we will collect your contact details for the purposes of administering the prize draw, contacting you if you are selected as a winner, and delivering your prize.
– Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and our relevant privacy notice.
10. Disqualification
Suits Me reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes that:
– the entrant has not met the eligibility requirements;
– the entrant has submitted more than one entry;
– the entry is incomplete or invalid;
– the entrant has provided inaccurate or misleading information; or
– the entrant has otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions.
11. Changes to the Prize Draw
Suits Me reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Where reasonably possible, any significant changes will be communicated to participants.
12. Liability
Suits Me will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not successfully submitted due to technical, network or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. General
– By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
– If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
– These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
