Eligibility 1.1 The prize draw is open to Suits Me customers who receive an invite to complete the customer survey during the Prize Draw Period. 1.2 By participating in the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
Prize Draw Period 2.1 The prize draw runs from 19th August (after 00:01am) to 19th September (before 11:59pm) (“Prize Draw Period”). 2.2 Surveys completed outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
How to Enter 3.1 To enter the prize draw, eligible Suits Me customers must complete and submit the Customer Survey during the Prize Draw Period. 3.2 Customers who complete and submit the survey during the Prize Draw Period will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw. 3.3 There is a maximum of one entry per customer, regardless of whether a customer submits the survey more than once. 3.4 No purchase or payment transaction is required to enter the prize draw. 3.5 Only fully completed and successfully submitted surveys will qualify for entry. 3.6 Suits Me’s records and systems will be used to determine whether a survey has been successfully completed and whether an entrant meets the eligibility requirements.
How to Enter 4.1 There will be one (1) winner of the prize draw, who will receive a prize of £150. 4.2 The prize will be credited directly to the winner’s Suits Me account within seven (7) working days of the winner being confirmed. 4.3 The prize is non-transferable and no alternative prize will be offered. 4.4 Receipt of the prize is subject at all times to the winner continuing to hold an eligible Suits Me account and complying with the applicable terms and conditions of their Suits Me account.
Winner Selection and Notification 5.1 All eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into a single prize draw. 5.2 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. 5.3 The draw will take place on 21th September at Suits Me’s head office. 5.4 Suits Me will endeavour to contact the winner by telephone and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw. 5.5 Suits Me may carry out reasonable checks to confirm that the selected winner meets the eligibility requirements before confirming the prize.
Winners and Publicity 6.1 The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw, including photographs, social media content or testimonial material. 6.2 Participation in any publicity activity is entirely voluntary and will only take place with the winner’s explicit consent.
Data Protection 7.1 Personal information provided by customers as part of the survey and prize draw will be handled in accordance with Suits Me’s applicable privacy notice. 7.2 Personal information used for the administration of the prize draw will only be used as necessary to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility, select and contact the winner and award the prize, unless the customer has separately agreed to another use of their information. 7.3 Survey responses may be used by Suits Me to understand customer experiences and identify areas where its products and services could be improved.
General 8.1 Suits Me’s decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final. 8.2 No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw. 8.3 Suits Me reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. 8.4 Suits Me accepts no responsibility for surveys that are not successfully submitted due to technical failures, interruptions, delays, connectivity issues or other circumstances outside of its reasonable control. 8.5 Suits Me shall not be liable for any technical failures, delays or interruptions affecting participation in the prize draw. 8.6 Entries that Suits Me reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, automated or otherwise submitted in breach of these terms and conditions may be disqualified. 8.7 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 8.8 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
