1. The Promoter
1. This prize draw (“Promotion”) is operated by Suits Me® Limited (“Suits Me”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07349753, whose registered office is at The Old Shippon, Moseley Hall Farm, Chelford Road, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 8RB.
2. Suits Me is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration reference ZA237140.

2. Eligibility
3. This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who hold an active Suits Me account at the time of entry (“Eligible Participants”).
4. To be eligible, participants must own or have access to an Android device that is compatible with Google Wallet.
5. The following persons are NOT eligible to enter:
– Employees of Suits Me® Limited and their immediate family members;
– Employees of any agency, supplier or other third party involved in the administration of this Promotion;
– Any person who has previously closed or had their Suits Me account suspended or terminated.
6. Suits Me reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

3. How to Enter
7. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Participants must, during the Campaign Period, add their Suits Me Mastercard® to Google Wallet via the Suits Me mobile application.
8. Participants who successfully complete the above action will be automatically entered into each daily prize draw for the duration of the campaign. No further action is required.
9. There is no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion beyond holding an existing active Suits Me account.
10. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted for each daily draw. Multiple Suits Me accounts held by the same individual will be treated as a single entry.
11. Entries made outside the Campaign Period will not be entered into any draw. Suits Me accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failure, network outages, or any other reason outside its reasonable control.

4. The Prize
12. One (1) winner will be selected each day of the Campaign Period. Each winner will receive £100 (one hundred pounds sterling) credited directly to their Suits Me account (“the Prize”).
13. The total prize fund across the full 7-day campaign is £700.
14. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash by any means other than as stated above.
15. Suits Me reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
16. The Prize will be credited to the winner’s active Suits Me account within [5] working days of the draw date.

5. The Draw
17. Winners will be selected by means of a randomised draw from all valid entries received up to 23:59 BST on each day of the Campaign Period.
18. The daily draw will take place at 09:00am (BST) on the day following each Campaign Day, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
19. The draw will be conducted by an independent or automated process to ensure fairness.
20. Winners will be notified via the email address registered to their Suits Me account within 48 hours of the draw and contacted via telephone. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 5 working days of notification, Suits Me reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
21. Participation in the draw is conditional on the winner’s Suits Me account remaining active and in good standing at the time of prize fulfilment.

6. Winners and Publicity
22. A list of winners’ first names and the county of their registered address will be available upon written request to hello@suitsmecard.com for a period of 28 days following the close of the Promotion.
23. By entering this Promotion, winners agree to participate in reasonable post-draw publicity (such as being named in communications to Suits Me customers) unless they notify us at hello@suitsmecard.com that they wish to opt out.

7. General Conditions
24. Suits Me reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this Promotion at any time and without prior notice if required to do so by circumstances outside its reasonable control, provided that it will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to participants where possible.
25. Suits Me reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has: (a) submitted fraudulent or misleading information; (b) tampered with the entry process; (c) acted in a manner that is abusive, offensive, or harmful to Suits Me or any other participant.
26. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed due to technical issues, including system failures or internet outages.
27. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
28. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom.

8. Data Protection
29. By entering this Promotion, participants consent to Suits Me using their personal data (including name and email address) for the purpose of administering the Promotion and fulfilling the Prize.
30. Suits Me will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.suitsmecard.com, and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
31. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the Prize or as required by law.
32. Participants may exercise their data rights (including the right to access, rectify or erase personal data) by contacting hello@suitsmecard.com.

9. Responsible Promotion
33. This Promotion is a free prize draw and does not constitute gambling as defined by the Gambling Act 2005. No purchase or payment is required to enter.
