September Competition – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to Suits Me customers aged 18 or over who hold a Suits Me account during the Competition Period.
1.2 By participating, entrants confirm they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Competition Period
2.1 The competition runs from 7th September 2026 (after 00:01am) to 6th October 2026 (before 11:59pm) (“Competition Period”
3. How to Enter & Entries
3.1 During the Competition Period, each successful qualifying transaction made using a Suits Me card will earn one (1) entry into the prize draw.
3.2 For the purposes of this competition, a qualifying transaction means
– a successful card payment transaction made using a Suits Me card;
– with a transaction value of £5 or more;
– completed during the Competition Period; and
– not subsequently reversed, refunded, charged back, cancelled or declined.
3.3 Cash withdrawals, bank transfers, balance enquiries, account funding transactions, gambling transactions and any fees or charges applied to the account do not qualify as qualifying transactions.
3.4 Each qualifying transaction of £5 or more constitutes a separate entry. Customers may therefore receive multiple entries by making multiple qualifying transactions throughout the Competition Period.
3.5 Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw when they make a qualifying transaction. No separate entry or registration is required.
Bonus Entry Periods
3.6 During the Competition Period, Suits Me will run four (4) separate 24-hour Bonus Entry Periods, which will be announced via Suits Me’s official Instagram Stories and Facebook Stories.
3.7 Each Bonus Entry Period will last for 24 hours. The specific qualifying action and the start and end time of the Bonus Entry Period will be stated in the relevant Instagram Story and Facebook Story when the Bonus Entry Period begins.
3.8 The qualifying action will vary between Bonus Entry Periods and will relate to eligible activity on the customer’s Suits Me account. The qualifying action for each Bonus Entry Period will not be disclosed before that Bonus Entry Period begins.
3.9 Customers who complete the specified qualifying action during the relevant 24-hour Bonus Entry Period will automatically receive two (2) additional bonus entries into the prize draw.
3.10 Customers do not need to have viewed or interacted with the relevant Instagram Story or Facebook Story to qualify for bonus entries. Any eligible customer who completes the specified qualifying action during the relevant 24-hour Bonus Entry Period will automatically receive the applicable bonus entries
3.11 Customers are not required to follow, like, comment on, share or otherwise interact with Suits Me’s social media content to participate in the competition or receive bonus entries
3.12 During each Bonus Entry Period, a customer can qualify for the bonus once only. Completing the specified qualifying action once during the relevant 24-hour Bonus Entry Period will earn the customer two (2) bonus entries. Completing the same qualifying action more than once during that Bonus Entry Period will not earn any additional bonus entries.
3.13 Customers may qualify separately during each of the four (4) Bonus Entry Periods. Therefore, a customer who completes the specified qualifying action at least once during each of the four Bonus Entry Periods may earn a maximum of eight (8) bonus entries in total during the Competition Period.
3.14 Suits Me’s transaction records and systems will be used to determine whether a transaction or action meets the relevant qualifying criteria.
3.15 Where a qualifying action is dependent on a transaction, payment, Direct Debit or other account activity being successfully completed, any activity that is subsequently reversed, refunded, cancelled, declined or otherwise unsuccessful will not qualify.
3.16 If you do not wish to be entered into the prize draw, please email competitions@suitsmecard.com before the end of the Competition Period.
4. Prize
4.1 There will be one (1) winner of the Competition, who will receive a prize of £250.
4.2 The prize will be credited directly to the winner’s Suits Me account within 30 days of winner confirmation.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable.
4.4 Receipt of the prize is subject at all times to the winner’s continued compliance with the terms and conditions of their Suits Me account.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 All eligible standard and bonus entries received during the Competition Period will be combined into a single prize draw. One (1) winner will be selected at random.
5.2 The draw will take place on 8th October 2026 at Suits Me’s head office.
5.3 Suits Me will endeavour to contact the winner by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first contact attempt, or is found to be ineligible, Suits Me reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Winners & Publicity
6.1 The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including photographs, social media content or testimonial material.
6.2 Participation in any publicity activity is entirely voluntary and will only take place with the winner’s explicit consent.
7. General
7.1 Suits Me’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final.
7.2 No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
7.3 Suits Me reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where it becomes necessary to do so at any time and without notice.
7.4 Suits Me accepts no responsibility for customers failing to view, receive or access Mystery Merchant clues on Instagram Stories or Facebook Stories.
7.5 Suits Me shall not be liable for any technical failures, delays or interruptions affecting participation in the competition.
7.6 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
7.7 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
