Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions

How to Participate

  • Participants must share their unique referral link, available in the Suits Me mobile app or via email, with friends or family.
  • The referred friend must open a new Suits Me account using the unique referral link, load any amount into their account, and pay for something using their Suits Me card.
  • The referred friend must open their account, load money into their account and pay for something using their Suits Me card within 30 days of clicking on the referral link.

Referral Reward

  • Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive up to £50 credited to their Suits Me accounts once the friend opens and loads their new account and pays for something using their Suits Me card.
  • The reward amount you receive is based on random selection according to the percentages below (and therefore you might receive different reward amounts for different referrals):
    – £10 each 94%
    – £20 each 5%
    – £50 each 1%
  • Rewards are processed weekly, every Friday, and will be credited for all qualifying referrals made in the previous 7 days.
  • You can share your unique referral link far and wide with family and friends, but if we suspect that you’re gaming the offer (for example, advertising your link) then we have the right to stop paying you the reward. We’ll contact you to tell you that we’ve done this.  We can also freeze your link and stop paying you the reward if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive or suspicious behaviour. Also, your link will stop working if you close your account.

Limits

  • There is no limit to the number of friends a participant can refer and earn rewards for. Each qualifying referral will earn up to £50 each.
  • Existing Suits Me account holders are not eligible to be referred.

Tracking and Verification

  • Referred friends and family are subject to Suits Me’s usual onboarding checks.
  • Suits Me reserves the right to decline to provide accounts to referred friends and family, and where it does so, it shall be under no obligation to provide any details of the reasons for such declined applications to the customer or to the referred friend or family member.
  • Refer A Friend rewards are also subject to compliance with Suits Me Terms and Conditions and will not be paid when either the Suits Me account holder or referred friend is in breach of those Terms and Conditions.

General

  • These Refer A Friend terms and conditions may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
  • Participation in Refer A Friend constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
