What’s changing?
Your e-money and card issuer is changing. Currently, your account and card is provided by Contis Financial Services Limited., from 20th September 2021 your account and card will be provided by PrePay Technologies Limited who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the issuance of e-money under firm reference number 900010. Don’t worry you are not required to do anything, we are just letting you know.
As a result, we have new Terms and Conditions and have updated our Privacy Policy. These changes will take effect on 20th September 2021.

When will this happen?
We’ll create your new Suits Me® account and new your card will be dispatched on 20th September 2021. We’ll write to you again to update on key dates e.g. when you’ll receive your new account number and sort code.

Will this cost me more?
No! You won’t have to pay a penny more. We are just giving you more.
Do I need to do anything?
No. By continuing to use your account, you are agreeing to the new Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and we will auto-enrol you for the new account and card.
We’ll contact you again soon with more updates and a sneak peek into the new features. We are going to make this process as smooth as possible for you so you can start making use of these exciting new features on your account.
You don’t need to take any further action upon receiving this email. By continuing to use our platform and our services, you agree to the new Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If you aren’t happy with the updates, don’t want access to our amazing new features and want to close your account, please contact our customer care team before 20th September 2021 and we will close your account free of charge and refund your balance into another account of your choosing. We’ll be sad to see you go.
