Is my account still active?
Yes, your Suits Me account remains active. Without regular use, your account will expire after 24 months, which is the expiry date of your Mastercard debit card. If you’re within that window, simply log back in and you’re good to go.
What if my card has expired?
If your card has expired, you can order a replacement straight from the app. Your account details, sort code and account number stay exactly the same.
What if I’ve forgotten my password?
There is no password needed with Suits Me, so there is no need to recover any passwords! You can access the app using your email address and follow the steps you’re prompted to take.
What if I’ve lost my card?
If your card is lost or stolen, you should go to the Cards section of the online account or mobile banking app and select either lost or stolen. You will be sent a replacement card in the post. If you don’t know where your card is, you can freeze and unfreeze your debit card from the app before you report is as lost or stolen.
Can I change my plan before I start using my account again?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time through the app or by getting in touch with our customer care team.
Is my money still safe in my account?
Yes, your funds are fully protected. You can log in at any time to check your balance and review your transaction history.
What if I don’t recognise a transaction on my account?
Contact our customer care team straight away. You can also freeze your card instantly in the app while you investigate.
