Do you need Online Banking for mobile banking?
You can choose to manage your money via an app or through your online account. The Suit Me app has the same features so you can choose whichever way you prefer.
Is the Suits Me® mobile banking app safe?
Yes. The app uses biometric login (Face ID and fingerprint), advanced fraud prevention technology and instant payment notifications.
Can you use the app without a debit card?
You will need your debit card to initially set up the App with your account and card. You can then use the app to make payments, transfers or set up Standing orders without your debit card.
What to do if I have lost Phone
If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, please contact your mobile phone provider to block your phone immediately. If you use Google Pay and Google’s Find My Device, you can use this to block your device or remove your Google Account from the phone to stop anyone from attempting to use your Google Pay.
