Setup Your Online Banking Account to Start Managing your Money

Once you have opened a Suits Me account, you will receive an email from us prompting you to set up your online banking. Setting up your online banking account is quick and easy and will only take a few minutes.

What you Will Need to Setup Your Online Banking

To setup your Suits Me online banking account you will need;

  • The ‘Welcome to Suits Me’ email that we sent you when you opened your Suits Me account (Within this email is a secure link which you need to then click on to setup your online banking.)
  • The mobile phone you used when applying for your Suits Me account.

  To help you to setup your online banking, we have created the below step-by-step process.  

Step-by-Step

  1. Access your your ‘Welcome to Suits Me’ email that you received when opening your account with us
  2. Within the email, click on the 'Click Here' text 
  3. Click on the ‘GenerateOTP’ button
  4. Enter the ‘One Time Password’ that you will have just received to your mobile phone that you used when applying for a Suits Me account
  5. Click ‘CONTINUE’
  6. Create a username in the ‘New Username’ field
  7. Create a password in the ‘New Password’ field
  8. Confirm your password in the ‘Confirm Password’ field
  9. Click ‘CONTINUE’
  10. Choose a security question from the drop-down field
  11. Input an answer to your security question in the blank field
  12. Click the tick boxes to setup which emails you’d like to receive from us (Note, the 2nd point on the screen is with regards to monthly statements)
  13. Click ‘CONTINUE’
  14. Update your SMS and Email options (this can also be done at a later stage within your online banking account or mobile banking app)
  15. Click ‘CONTINUE’
  16. Your username and password have now been set and your online banking account is ready to use. 
  17. Click ‘CONTINUE’ to login to your online banking

Please note: Due to updated banking regulations, each time you login to your online banking account, you will be asked to enter a OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to the mobile number you used when applying for your Suits Me account.
