Suits Me® has experienced record growth over the past six months whilst our team has doubled in size, welcoming new members in the customer services, marketing and account management departments.

Suits Me® have recorded extraordinary levels of growth between Q1 and Q2. The number of account creations from January to June was 151% higher than the same period in 2019 and, by July, have already surpassed the total account creations in the whole of the previous year.

As other companies in the UK Fintech industry have resorted to cutting jobs in an effort to dampen the effect of coronavirus, we’re glad to have not only have supported all our staff throughout lockdown as they worked from home or during their furlough, but to have gone back to business as usual and welcomed every team member back to work in the same positions they held previously.

Before asking anyone to return to the office, we carried out a thorough risk assessment to ensure we abide by government recommendations. We have also returned all our wages and hours back to pre-virus levels.

Using our newfound growth to expand Suits Me®, we’ve massively increasing the size of our multilingual customer care team, adding another two languages along the way to further improve our customer’s banking experience.

We’ve also added two new members of the marketing team to help with the company’s ongoing product improvement and a new lead account manger to help it’s business partners get the most of Suits Me®’s employer portal. Our team hasn’t finished growing either, as we’re currently hiring for more roles to help expand Suits Me® further.

What this Means for our Customers and Partners

The most immediate change for customers is access to more personal, faster customer care in your own language. We’ve always been proud of our customer care team and we’re very happy we can improve it even further.

As for our referrers, you’ll still get the first class, tailored experience from our operations and accounts teams but, as lockdown restrictions are eased, you can expect more face to face meetings in the near future.

We have a variety of projects in the pipeline ready to be announced and implemented over the next six months taking us into 2021 that will benefit our customers and partners alike.
